Jiro Bessho Dozuki - Handmade Japanese Pull Saw

These are incredibly fine saws which produces a near perfect finish. These saws have been finished by hand and taper ground to aid accuracy and speed when cutting, similar to a hand forged saw.

Dozuki have crosscut teeth and are used to accurately cut the shoulders of tenons and other joints. The companion saw is the Hozohiki, which has rip teeth to cut the cheeks and ends.

Please note: these saws have been hardened and are only 0.2mm thick (roughly 30% thinner than comparable saws from Z-saw and the like). Avoid twisting or jerking the blade to prevent damage to the saw.
